Is Market Hero a Scam? Superman Of An Autoresponder

Hey, Welcome to my Market Hero Review!

If you were looking for an autoresponder then you probably came across Market Hero a couple of times or more, but is Market Hero a Scam or is it legit?

The name sounds heroic, but what about the service they provide and the quality you get as a customer?

Because both you and I know that’s what really matters at the end of the day.

Let’s talk about that.

Firstly, I am really proud of you for taking your valuable time to do your own due diligence before purchasing any course or services.

Secondly, that’s how you find the best proven method to avoid scams and make real money online instead!

Alright, now that we got that out of the way, let’s dig right into the review.

Recommended: Definitely YES

What Is Market Hero Exactly?

If you have to put it simply, Market Hero is a program to help you get more leads and sales thus increasing your overall revenue.

Created by Alex Becker, someone with multiple programs that focuses on SEO and Drop shipping.

If you have been in the business long enough you know how important it is to have an email autoresponder.

Market Hero is created by the same team that created WORKHORSE, one of Alex Becker’s SEO plugin.

Market Hero can do everything that other email autoresponders can do, and in some cases more.

I will talk about that in full details as I go on, but basically everything from creating forms to sending emails and building automation.

What’s Inside Market Hero and Who’s It For?

Market Hero is basically for anyone who’s running an online business and doesn’t have an autoresponder software.

The difference between having a software that can automatically help you send out mails to customers and not having one is, thousands of dollars.

You will be leaving money on the table, literally.

If you plan to go onto the next level, definitely get one.

Market Hero has a couple of very close competitors, MailChimp, ActiveCampaign and Convertkit. They are all great softwares.

Especially MailChimp, it’s one of the most popular autoresponder for internet marketer, but mostly because of it’s free plan.

I won’t tell you which one is the best, but I can tell you what Hero Market is for and then you can decide for yourself if it’s the best fit for you or not, sounds cool?

One more thing though, If you are just starting out with your business and you’re not making any profits or you are just breaking even.

Then perhaps Market Hero isn’t worth the investment just yet.

What Do You Get Inside Market Hero?

I am going to tell you some of the amazing features within Market Hero:

1. A Complete Automated Email Optimization System

The whole system is completely automated for you when it comes to choosing the best templates.

What I mean by that is, the system knows exactly which mail is doing well.

So the templates from mails that has been opened more frequently are getting used again to optimize your emails.

2. The ROI’s Tracking System

All the important information and data are being protected by Market Hero’s system.

You won’t lose any of your data and the privacy you get in the ROI’s system is top-notch, you have complete privacy even if you access your email through different devices.

If you are already signed up to a different autoresponder, it is still possible to a transfer onto Hero Market’s system.

3. Facebook messenger automated system

As you already know, Facebook is one of the biggest social media platform. A lot of traffic and customers are ought to be from Facebook.

Market Hero has a Facebook messenger automated system that helps you capture your audience. All you have to do is link your Facebook page to your account.

And then set the auto message for your Facebook messenger.

The Difference Between Market Hero and MailChimp

I actually don’t want to compare them, as both softwares are good. But I am still going to do it anyway just to give you a better perspective.

Here are some features that Market Hero has, but MailChimp do not.

  • Facebook Messenger Automated system
  • Customer Lifetime Value Calculator
  • Fluid tag based contact segmentation
  • Shopify integration and analysis

The Facebook messenger automation is what I talked about earlier, MailChimp do not have that.

Customer Lifetime Value Calculator is a feature Market Hero has to help you calculate how valuable a customer is, an example would be, if a customer never opens any of your emails they will be rated as not valuable.

You can organize your mails with a list. Age, gender, and value for example can all be listed, so you can have a better overview.

The Shopify Integration and Analysis is basically tracking down your Shopify customers, to see what kind of links they are clicking on and what kind of product they’re purchasing. You can do that by linking it to your Shopify account.

The Pricing of Market Hero

When it comes to the price, Market Hero is similar to other email services. The more subscribers you have the more expensive it will get thus the more you have to pay.

If you have less than 1.000 subscribers you can just pay $19 a month, and once your business is going well, you can scale from there.

Here is a price list per 1.000 subscribers:

1. Less than 1.000 Subscribers is $19/m

2. Less than 2.500 Subscribers is $49/m

3. Less than 5.000 Subscribers is $99/m

4. Less than 10.000 Subscribers is $129/m

5. Less than 15.000 Subscribers is $299/m

Like I said earlier, if you are just starting out with your online marketing business or so, don’t bother investing into Market Hero just yet, unless you have the cash for that.

The Pros Of Market Hero

Aside from what the product or software can do, a good and well analyzed Market Hero review should consist of pros and cons, right?

So here are the things I like about Market Hero (The Pros)

1. Easy to Use and Beginners Friendly UI

Having a friendly user interface is very important for user experience.

And this is not a Market Hero specific pros, but more of a general thing. The easier the interface the more likely someone will keep on using it.

And Market Hero did a great job on this, it’s easy to navigate for beginners.

Especially for beginners because they may not be familiar with any of the features from an email marketing software.

This is how the inside looks like, you can see exactly what is what, that’s the kind of feeling this UI gives you.

And of course this may not be the most important thing, but if U ask me, this is one of the major key points if you want to keep people’s usage to an optimal point.

2. It’s a Sale-Centric System

The best way to know whether something is working or not, is by data. Record your data.

In Market Hero you can add product information to elicit the data out of it from your funnel to see what’s been doing great and what is not.

The product information can be back tracked, so it helps you determine the cost per lead and how much you are earning.

The only thing that actually matters to your business is growth and if you are not making any profits then your business isn’t really growing now is it?

So this feature will come in handy for you to determine what’s making you money and what’s not.

The Cons Of Market Hero

Here are the things I don’t like about Market Hero.

1. Limited Automation Options

If I have to be honest with you and if you know what the other autoresponders has to offer, you will know that Market Hero has better Automation.

Better than the limited offers of MailChimp and Aweber, but not as good as Active Campaign and MailerLite.

The Visual Editor is quite easy to use and that’s great, but there are some obvious limitation when it comes to branching out to responses or doing things based on the custom fields.

One more thing that can be an annoyance is that while you can take action on a Click Link, you cannot specify which link if you have a couple of links in your emails.

I think that Market Hero can work really well with if you combine it with platforms like Evergreen Wealth Formula ( An affiliate marketing and Email Marketing Course).

2. Too Many Bugs

Having bugs is like an inevitable thing when you are using cloud based softwares especially for something as complicated as email marketing.

But sometimes too much is just too much, here.

  • Some tags are not recognized in some parts of the tool.
  • Newly added leads aren’t showing unless you refresh it a couple of times.
  • Automation Menus opens from time to time on off-screen.

This is a little surprising considering how much effort they put into the UI on Market Hero.

But this shouldn’t be too big of an issue since they can be fixed easily.

Bottomline

Market Hero is great for what it is, you pay for what you get. It has its flaws, but they aren’t too bad in my opinion and you do get the important things done easily.

But like I said earlier, if you are just starting out or if you are just breaking even, you don’t really need this just yet.

All in all, it helps you get more sales, so it’s more than adequate as an autoresponder, but definitely not the best there is.

I hope this Market Hero review has helped you in some way and I hope you found value in it, and if you have any question at all, feel free to ask, I will respond to you as soon as I can. Stay Cool & Humble.

Definitely give it a try if you think it is time for your business to use an autoresponder. If the facebook automated messenger feature speaks to you and you think thats what your business needs, i’m sure you will do great!

  2. I’m not too savvy about computer software on Autoresponder or Market Hero, but as I was reading this post, you point out a piece of great information about this Market Hero. I like the way you point out the pricing, pros, and cons, it’s readable and informative.

    Thank you so much,

    1. Hi Lyn,

Glad you enjoyed reading this article.

Thanks for the compliment, this is how I write my reviews, thorough and detailed πŸ™‚ Thanks again.

  3. Kayin thank you for a comprehensive carefully planned article.
All one needs is at hand and the comparison is done in a sensitive way.
Market Hero is definitely one to investigate with all it’s good features.
It compares favorably with some of the well known brands.

    1. Hello Stella,

You are welcome, and thank you. I am glad you could find value from it. Market Hero is definitely not a scam, but a legitimate email marketing software.

  4. Thanks Kayin, I always wanted to find a solution for centralised email lists however I’m wondering if this is really a good approach in earlier stages as my site is about 2 weeks old and only have a few articles. Or should I wait until I have a more stable audience traffic foundation?

    1. Hello Laureen,

I wouldn’t recommend you to do that now, just focus on putting out more content.

No rush in getting an autoresponder if you are just starting out, hope that helps.

  5. Thank you for this informative post.

I’m just starting out, dabbling with autoresponders, and am currently using a free plugin for my budding site.  I plan to move to a paid service, once my traffic warrants it.

That said, you’ve piqued my interest in Market Hero.  The Facebook integration is quite interesting to me.  I spend a lot of time just getting my posts shared to the various social media sites.  I’d love a way to automate such things.

The UI looks impressive and I like to have metrics at my fingertips to evaluate what’s working and what isn’t.

For now, I’m going to keep an eye on it, and then look into migrating to it, once I start making a little money to justify the investment.

    Thank you again,

    Scott

    1. Hey Merlyn,

That sounds like an excellent plan. No need to rush this.

I would say, start getting an autoresponder if you are making twice the money, that would be the rule of thumb for to follow.

  6. I really appreciate your article!  I’ve been hearing a lot recently (as I’m just growing my own online business) about the email autoresponders and their extreme importance in growing your business, so your article came at a great time to give more thought to the topic and explore options.   I appreciate your mention of multiple programs including free ones to give readers like me and new business owners options that aren’t super expensive, that still can get the job done.  Thanks again!

    1. Hello Stacey,

You are welcome, I am honored to be able to help.

There are plenty of other options that aren’t as expensive, perhaps you can give those a try first. Unless Market Hero has a special feature you really need than use Market Hero. Best of luck!

  7. Hi Kayin, this is a full insight abut Market Hero. Looks like Market Hero has more integration features than others. I am using mailchimp. Is it a good idea to switch to Market Hero? Is there a function for transferring the current email list to Market Hero. Please advise. Thanks for a good post.

    Taviwan

    1. Hi,

Hmmm, well, that depends on you. Is there a feature or something you need in particular that MailChimp does not have while Market Hero do?

If so then, yes, you can transfer over to Market Hero. I hope that helps.

      Kayin

  8. Thanks for clearing this up for me.

I have been running my site for 16 months now and I am looking into using autoresponders, but with so many out there, I don’t know which one to use.

This one sounds great but at the moment I am looking for a good free autoresponder.

Could you recommend a free one I could use while I learn how?

    Thank,
    Michael.

    1. Hi Mihael,

You are welcome, I am glad you could find some value from this.

16 months is not too young nor too old, you are getting there. You can try MailChimp, it has a free plan.

Don’t forget to leave me a comment again if you’re stuck. Best of luck.

      Kayin
